Tim started in the carpet & upholstery cleaning business in 1991 cleaning the inside of homes. In 1998 he owned a franchise in Tampa, FL called Duraclean. After relocating back to Jacksonville Tim started in exterior cleaning and pressure washing and eventually switched to soft washing in 2018. Tim and the Eco Softwash team are the top softwash roof cleaners in St. John’s county and Duval County, FL.
